Shipping Policy

STANDARD SHIPPING We offer FREE SHIPPING FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $60.00 within the United States. Standard shipping can arrive up to 2-7 business days after shipping Monday- Friday and (excludes Saturday, Sunday and holidays). We ONLY ship Monday- Friday, we do not process orders on weekends or holidays. Once your payment has been authorized for your order please allow up to 72 hours for us to process your order. If your order is placed on Friday please allow our processing time frame to start the following business day Monday.

SHIPPING COST  Is based on your area and preference on orders under $60.00. All orders over $60.00 are FREE/ Shipping to Canada is $15.00 on all orders/ All other countries rates will vary. PRIORITY SHIPPING Can take up to 2-3 days depending on your zip code. 

DUE TO COVID -19 AND THE HOLIDAY SEASON: There could be a possible delay in transit, we ask that you please be patient due to those unfortunate circumstances. Once you receive your tracking number your package is now in the hands of the carrier. If you have any issues with lost/stolen packages please contact your local USPS or UPS to file a claim. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office or UPS. BINJ Boutique does not offer refund/credit nor exchange for packages that states delivered.

WRONG ADDRESS BINJ BOUTIQUE is NOT responsible if a package is shipped back due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the correct address is entered at the time of checkout.
