Credit/Exchange policy

CREDIT/EXCHANGE ONLY (No Refunds): 

Attention: As of September 1, 2023 all sale/markdown items will be final sale no exchange/credit (NO EXCEPTIONS). That includes any and all complimentary promotional discounts or codes used for that particular purchase. This does NOT apply when using your first time new subscriber code for your purchase. This change is effective as of today September 1, 2023.

For regular purchases with no discounts used: We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We will not accept any return request outside of the 7 day time frame (NO EXCEPTIONS) and LOCAL PICKUP is 7 days after you have purchased your items. Some items may be exchanged depending up on available inventory stored in our warehouse. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items must be free of any stains, oil, make up, holes in fabric or obvious wear.

To start a return, you can contact us at binj@binjshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and we require proof of tracking for all returned packages. We ask that you allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed and completed at our warehouse. You will receive an email regarding your return status. Unfortunately , changes or cancellations can not be made once your order has been placed.

PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER, ORIGINAL TRACKING NUMBER FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASE. ALSO BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR SIZE AND COLOR THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like intimates, bodysuits, swimwear or accessories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
